X-Pods is a tool designed to convert your selected text, newsletters, and RSS feeds into daily personalized podcasts. We provide a platform that automates the generation of these podcasts using artificial intelligence based on the content you provide to us.

OUR SERVICE IS STRICTLY DESIGNED TO CONVERT THE SOURCES SELECTED BY YOU FOR PODCAST GENERATION. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to use, submit, and transform the content from the sources you select into a podcast. By using X-Pods, you represent and warrant that you only use sources for which you have explicit permission to convert the content into another medium. We just provide a curated list of top newsletters and RSS feeds in the industry for you to explore, but the ultimate choice and responsibility of generating a podcast from them lies entirely with you.

We respect the intellectual property of original creators. WE DO NOT STORE THE ORIGINAL ENTIRE CONTENT of the newsletters or RSS feeds you subscribe to. We process the text strictly for the purpose of generating the audio podcast, after which the original raw text is not retained or archived by us.

WE DO NOT HOLD ANY LIABILITY FOR THE SOURCES USED BY USERS FOR PODCAST GENERATION. We act solely as a technology provider enabling the format conversion (text-to-speech) and do not endorse, verify, or claim ownership over the content you process through our Services. Any copyright infringement or violation of third-party terms of service resulting from your use of specific sources is solely your responsibility.

You agree not to use the Services to generate podcasts from materials that are illegal, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable, or that violate any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of others.

The X-Pods service itself, including its original content, features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of X-Pods and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
